Product Description:

A linear motor is a transmission that converts electrical energy directly into linear motion mechanical energy without the need for any intermediate switching mechanism. In the motor, the magnet as a part of the magnetic circuit, the controller supply variable frequency power supply to the coil, resulting in magnetic field drive motor operation. NdFeB magnets which are often used for permanent magnet linear motor manufacturing and servo control. The linear motor consists of stator and rotor, the stator includes magnet steel, linear guide, base, magnet is divided into two rows arranged in parallel, parallel arrangement of adjacent magnets dislocated one cogging width. Rotor including core, coil winding and the alveolar, the slide table, the stator and the base are integrated and there is an air gap between the rotor supported by the linear guide so that the rotor can move along the linear guide.
