Product Description:

Permanent magnet lifting consists of high-performance NdFeB permanent magnetic material composed of magnetic system, the use of scientific magnetic circuit principle. Through the handle of the rotation, change the magnetic system magnetic force to achieve the work pieces holding and release. It is suitable for picking up and moving heavy steel or other ferromagnetic loads, machine parts or work pieces.

Working principle:

It is use of Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle to manufacture. The internal use is Sintered NdFeB magnet which has strong magnet power in the magnetic circuit, through the handle flip to change the magnetic field lines to make the crane ON or OFF status.

When the lifting is ON working condition, the suction surface at the bottom of the jacks constitutes a pair of longitudinal poles, the work pieces of the iron material is firmly sucked, and the V-shaped groove is also on the bottom surface, So it is not only suck plate lifting block, but also suck&hanging cylindrical work pieces.
